Almost 2 weeks listed
My house has been listed on the market for 12 days as of today, and there has been 11 private showings. My open house last Saturday went way better than expected. A total of 11 families came. I was told it is a listed as a top seller on the websites.
However, no offers have been made. I will just keep my fingers crossed that a good offer comes soon.
